The flatbed delivery vehicle needs unobstructed access to within approximately 100 feet of the tank’s installation site. Propane supplier fill hoses typically reach about 100 feet, so keeping the tank within that range of driveway access also ensures future refills are possible. Notify us of any access restrictions — low bridges, narrow gates, soft ground, or steep grades — at the time of order so we can plan the right delivery equipment.

Offloading is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged. For 500 and 1000 gallon tanks, heavy equipment such as a forklift, telehandler, or crane is required. Coordinate with your propane installer to have equipment on site on delivery day. The driver cannot offload from the flatbed without appropriate equipment at site.

Shipping FAQ

Common delivery questions
How long does shipping take?

Typical transit is 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation and payment. Delivery to remote or rural addresses may take longer. We provide tracking information when available from the freight carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

Freight is calculated from your delivery ZIP code after order submission. We confirm the freight total within 2 hours and add it to your invoice before any payment is taken. There is no upfront freight estimate — place your order and we calculate it for your specific address.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. View all tanks available for delivery.

Is offloading included?

Offloading is the customer’s responsibility. The flatbed driver delivers to your address but cannot offload without equipment on site. For 500 and 1000 gallon tanks, have a forklift, telehandler, or crane arranged for delivery day. Your propane installer can typically coordinate this.
